In summary, 2010 will bring incremental rather than radical changes in information security. In the meantime, the cybersecurity landscape will be even more dangerous next year, culminating in a major event. The good news is that this one event will greatly increase cybersecurity awareness and make preparedness a top priority. The bad news is that many legislators and citizens will overreact to vulnerabilities, problems, and proposed solutions.
