ESG research indicates that iSCSI storage has experienced a significant increase in general market acceptance since 2006 and one of the key use-cases for the technology is in remote and branch office (ROBO) locations. This is especially true of enterprise organizations looking to support an increasing number of key applications at dozens—or even thousands—of remote sites.
